A fan-made Fortnite UI overhaul in the game’s locker is prompting players to update the feature for a more clean way of selecting or editing skin loadouts.
Epic Games has added tons of outfits to battle royale over the years. Not only are there hundreds of character skins – and dozens of crossovers – but even more cosmetics for gliders, pickaxes, effects and more.
While developers have made great strides in expanding the library of Fortnite skins, some feel that Locker hasn’t kept up with how much variety there is in the game these days.
Rather than wait for an overhaul, Redditor ‘Ponzip’ created his own version of Fortnite Locker, which is picking up steam among players for its clean presentation and ability to register multiple skin loadout presets.

Depending on the player’s concept, swapping between different sets of Fortnite skins can be streamlined with a simple card switch. With the touch of a button, players will be able to make bulk changes to their appearance while waiting for their next game.
The concept’s functionality and clean design are turning heads in the Fortnite community, and players are looking forward to mockups for Epic.
“If we can convince Epic to leave some ice on the map then we can convince them to implement it in the game,” said one player in response to the concept.
“It’s the kind of concept that looks like it can be implemented in the game ASAP,” said another. “This is fantastic! Will make things a lot easier to use.”
It took Ponzip about a month to put the concept together, and it’s been an instant hit with Fortnite players, who also want an update to outfit selection.
